Our outpatient therapy centers are located throughout northern Michigan – from several locations in the Grand Traverse Region (including Elk Rapids) to Cadillac and Grayling. Once we’ve assessed your needs, we’ll put you on a treatment plan with routine visits scheduled to fit your lifestyle.
